So lets get to the good stuff. I was sent a free Smashbox Cosmetics VoxBox for testing and reviewing purposes. I was super excited when I got the email that I was going to get it. My VoxBox included: The Metallic Cover Shot Eye Palette and the Be Legendary Liquid Metal in the shade Foiled Brat.  InfluensterxSmashbox sent 1 of 7 of the Cover shot palettes to everyone that was receiving that VoxBox. I really didn’t mind which one I would receive because Smashbox makes great quality cosmetics.

Below are my own swatches

Left: With FLASH                                                             Right: WITHOUT FLASH

Top to Bottom:

  • Inside Scoop
  • Straight Up
  • Lets Rage
  • Liquid Fire
  • Party Time
  • Booty Call
  • Rock Candy
  • Metal Work

As you could see they are all shimmer shades. I was expecting that since its called the Metallic Cover Shot lol. They are super buttery and smooth. They are really easy to apply they didn’t disappoint me at all. As all you beauty lovers know you would have to use a different palette with this one, unless your into all shimmer shades all over your eye lid. I used the Morphe 35O palette when I used this palette. Personally, I really love this palette its travel friendly and I mean you get pigmented and great quality shadows. It retails for $29 bucks. So its not pricey like a lot of other palettes.

I used the shades: Liquid Fire & Metal Work (I figured they were going to be the most pigmented shades so they are the ones I used on lid and outer corner) p.s excuse my flash lol

I also received the Be Legendary Liquid Metal in the shade Foiled Brat too be honest I really thought I wasn’t going to like it. To start off it was pink and it didn’t really grab my attention. But today I decided to try it and it shocked me that I actually kind of love it. It’s super comfortable on the lips and the applicator makes it super easy to apply. It been 7 hours since I applied it and its incredibly still on my lips lol. I’ve ate and I’m pretty sure I’ve touched my lips and it’s still on I’m impressed lol. Smashbox has 16 shades in their Be Legendary Liquid Lipsticks but I’m not sure if they sent out the metals only or all. But I’m really happy I received the shade Foiled Brat because I don’t have any in that shade a metallic pink/burgundy. They retail for $24.00 a little pricey but if your looking for a great quality metallic liquid lipstick I would recommend these. So comfortable and long lasting!!!

My overall opinion is that the eyeshadows are super blendable, pigmented, and super easy to work with they are definitely worth it & the metallic lip is super comfortable, easy to apply and the formula is amazing!!! These are two great products I definitely would purchase myself. I hope my review helped you guys just in case your looking for an eyeshadow or a metallic liquid lipstick. Thanks for reading !!

Thank you Influenster and Smashbox for sending me this complimentary VoxBox. These have been my honest thoughts and opinions about these two items. All pictures are my own.
